Return Policy

Due to the fact that all items are customized with your Market's logo on both apparel and hard good items, eLead Promo's return policy is no returns except for the following:

  • Apparel size exchanges only. Note: if the apparel has been worn or it has been over 30 days since you received your order, we cannot accept exchanges.
  • If an item is lost or damaged.
  • The item does not match the approved specifications.


A FEW NOTES REGARDING RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

  • Exchanges are processed after receipt of return
  • Client is responsible for the return shipping charges with the exception of damaged product. eLead will cover return shipping costs of damaged goods
  • Personalized products are not returnable/exchangeable, this includes items with names, departments or additional imprint areas
  • eLead Promo will not accept returns based on a conflict with your Market’s uniform policy
